CARE stands for Church Adapted to Reach Everyone and our goal is to empower every child to love the Lord with all their heart, soul, and strength. We want to recognize and embrace their unique gifts, and encourage them to live in the fullness of the Holy Spirit — teaching them to carry His love and truth in all they do.

Our CARE Ministry is offered during both our 9am + 11am services.

Meet Our Team

Martha has been serving faithfully at Radiant since 2019. She is married to our Associate Pastor, Marcus Morgan, and they welcomed their first daughter, Matilda, in 2024. She is a graduate of the Radiant School of Ministry LAUNCH program and had the opportunity to pioneer this ministry through that program.

Dave Malenfant

Dave has spent seven years as an RBT supporting children with Autism and developmental disabilities in homes, schools, and now the church. He has trained families, teachers, and volunteers in the core principles of ABA and today his focus is helping the church understand how behavioral science and Scripture work together to create safe, loving spaces where every child can grow and connect with God.

Team Lead

Kristy is a mother of four adult children and has been an occupational therapist for 25 years. Throughout most of her career, she has worked in pediatrics, supporting children of all abilities and has partnered with families to help each child reach their fullest potential.

She is deeply grateful for the opportunity to be part of the CARE ministry, where she can bring together her professional experience and passion for serving others. She is excited to reflect the love of Jesus to every child and family she encounters. She sees it as a joy and a privilege to use the skills God has given her to serve His children and to walk alongside them with compassion, patience, and care.
